| MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company wishes to advise clients that, in view of the current and projected vessels’ space availability, we are compelled to implement a PSS as of August 15th, 2010 on all shipments from the Far East (Japan, Korea, Popular Republic of China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam) going to the U.S. East Coast and West Coast The Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) is as follow: To U.S. East Coast and U.S. intermodal points moving through / via U.S. East Coast:
