With effective March 1st 2012, MSC will implement the following rate surcharge:
Origin Range: Japan, Korea, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and Bangladesh
Destination Range: North Continent (including UK), Scandinavia, Baltic, West Mediterranean, Adriatic, East Mediterranean, Black Sea and North Africa.te, from any European origins (NWC, U.K., Scandinavia, Baltic, Russia , West Med., Adriatic, East Med, Turkey, Greece, and Black Sea
