PRS announcement on cargo from Europe to East Africa 01/03/2012

MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company wishes to advise clients of a revision to the Piracy Risk Surcharge (PRS) to be implemented on cargo between the North West Continent, Scandinavia/Baltic, the West Mediterranean, East Mediterranean & Black Sea and East Africa effective as of March 15, 2012  B/L date as follows :

MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company wishes to advise clients of a revision to the Piracy Risk Surcharge (PRS) to be implemented on cargo SOUTHBOUND FROM the North West Continent, Scandinavia/Baltic, the West Mediterranean, East Mediterranean & Black Sea TO East Africa effective as of March 15, 2012  B/L date as follows :

 

  • to Dar es Salaam: USD 350 per TEU
  • to Mombasa: USD 200 per TEU
