Due to constant fuel price increases and the increased vessel fuel consumption for berthing in the port of Mombasa, MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company wishes to advise clients that an Emergency Bunker Surcharge (EBS) will be applied to cargo from South Africa and Mozambique to Mombasa effective April the 5th, 2012 B/L date as follows :
