MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company wishes to advise clients of a Reefer Congestion Surcharge (CGS) to be applied to all eastbound reefer cargo from from any port in Europe, (NWC, the U.K., Scan/Balt, West Med., East Med., and Black Sea) to the port of Dammam as of October 15, 2012 B/L date, as follows :
